What happens after you get in touch
Whichever way you reach us, the same thing happens next. We read what you've sent and we aim to respond within 24 hours. If you've asked for a price, your quote comes back to you by email, free and with no obligation. If you're happy with it, you reply to confirm and the job is booked. Everything stays in writing, start to finish, so there's a clear record of what was agreed. The phone line is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm if you'd rather talk it through first.
It helps if you can tell us the town or postcode, the size of the property, which clean you need and any dates you're working to. If the carpets need more than a vacuum, say so and we'll price that add-on into the quote up front rather than raising it on the day. We cover north-west and west London, and if you're just outside those areas it's still worth asking, because we may be able to help. And if the job isn't our kind of work, we'll tell you that rather than sell you the wrong clean.
